Coaching Certification

Fundamental coach program offers 36-hour comprehensive skills and knowledge on professional coaching, including mentoring using 8 Competencies of ICF.

The ICF Competency Framework :

• Competency 1 : Demonstrates Ethical Practice
• Competency 2 : Embodies a Coaching Mindset
• Competency 3 : Establishes and Maintains Agreements
• Competency 4 : Cultivates Trust and Safety
• Competency 5 : Maintains Presence

• Competency 8: Facilitates Client Growth

Besides ICF competencies, participants will also learn the basic philosophy of Resonant Coaching Model which comprises of 4 main pillars and another 4 supporting pillars.

The four main pillars are :

• Empowering : Coach and client fosters each coaching session by submitting to the relationship between coach and client. Coach and client are partnering on upholding the agreed agenda in each session for the growth and development of the coachee throughout the empowered relationship
• Creativity : Coach and client will creatively design each of the coaching session, work on it, bring the most out of the coachee
• Learning : Each coaching has embedded learning for both coach and client, to learn as complete person who possesses abundant resources, skills, knowledge and good natured well-being
• Transformation : Each session is to bring the most of the coachee, transform his life to his fullest fulfillment, joy and happiness

The four main pillars are then served by four supporting pillars  which are Listening, Curiosity, Powerful Questioning, Mindfulness Intuitiveness

Learning Objectives :

• Understand concept of coaching and the difference on other approaches
• Using coaching tools and technique to unlock client’s potentials
• Comprehend the whole 8 core competencies of ICF and be able to apply them rightfully during client coaching sessions
• Understand basic philosophy  of Resonant Coach Model
• Uphold ethics, code of conduct as professional coach and how to deal with dilemma

• 30 hours face-to-face/online training
• 5 observed coaching sessions for each participant

Requirement :

• Has completed Fundamental coach program or similar coach program accredited by ICF, USA
• 100% Attendance of the total course
• Coaching Practice 6 hours
• Mentor Coaching 4 hours
• Able to follow the course delivery through the certification program
• Complete administration process and course fee

Terms of Payment

Cancellation Policy :

1. If the participant chooses to cancel the training program with any means, then the participant must send an email to RCA via email: [email protected]
2. Cancellation less than 30 working days from the training date, there will be a reduction in administrative fees of Idr 1,000,000. Cancellation less than 20 working days from the training date, there will be a reduction of Idr 2,500,000. Less than 5 days IDR 5,000,000 The processing fee [including bank fees and handling fees] for this cancellation is IDR 500,000, excluding the administration fee mentioned above.
3. After RCA receives a cancellation notification from the participant, the RCA will process the cancellation and the cancellation process will take a maximum of 30 business days
4. In the event of a riot, natural disaster that resulted in this program can not run, then the Resonant Coaching Associates will notify the date of the change and if the participant decides not to want to participate in this training after a riot or natural disaster, due to any cause, then the Resonant Coaching Associates will refund the cost of this training in full.
